Cat Cora’s Mini Mixed Berry Crumbles
Get your sweet fix with these delicious mini berry crumbles. Topped with a crunchy oat topping and baked to perfection.
- 4 spray(s) cooking spray
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats
- 1/4 cup unpacked light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp white all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp regular butter cut into small pieces
Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat four 8-oz ramekins with cooking spray. Combine blueberries and raspberries in a bowl; divide between prepared ramekins. In a medium bowl, combine oats, sugar, flour, and cinnamon; add cut butter and massage into oat mixture with your hands until rough and crumbly, smashing each cube between your fingers as you go. Evenly divide topping over ramekins. Place ramekins on a rimmed baking sheet; bake until bubbly, 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
